Who we are

CasinoLabel provides a casino platform to businesses. This policy covers casinolabel.com and the casino builder on this site. It does not cover casino sites run by operators on our platform; each operator publishes its own privacy policy.

What we collect

• Builder settings. The settings you enter in the builder (brand name, theme, markets, products, payments, promotions and licence status). These are stored against a random reference until you give contact details.
• Contact details. Your name, company, email address and Telegram username, and the contact method you prefer. You give these on the Contact step.
• Call booking. If you book a call, our scheduling provider passes us the time you chose and the name and email you entered.
• Usage events. Which builder steps were viewed and completed, without names, emails or other personal data, and without cookies.

Why we use it

We use your settings and contact details to answer your request, prepare the call and send you a preview of your casino. We use usage events to improve the site. We do not sell personal data.

Legal basis

We process contact details on the basis of your consent on the Contact step and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries.

How long we keep it

Builder settings without contact details are deleted after 90 days. Contact details and settings of a request are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer.

Who we share it with

• Our scheduling provider, when you book a call.
• Our hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf.
• Our licence partner and partner law firm, only if you ask for help with a licence and agree to it.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. Write to [email protected].

We publish changes to this policy on this page with a new date.
